THE ANTONIA ARSLAN ARMENIAN-ITALIAN HAMALIR opened in Stepanakert, Artsakh in September of 2021. Established in order to help the Artsakhtsi strengthen and rebuild, the school offers a variety of courses, programs, and educational opportunities.

PROJECT AIMS:

  • Replicate the Northern Italian micro-industrial economic system in Artsakh.
  • Establish mutually beneficial professional relations between Italian micro-industries and Chambers of Commerce and Artsakh.
  • Bolster the economic infrastructure of Artakh and encourage the nation’s internal revenue and self-sufficiency.
  • Produce the necessary building materials for the reconstruction of Artsakh.
