In November, Davide Brun, a hospitality instructor at Don Carlo Gnocchi Hospitality School in Milan, was admitted to Westchester Community College to study English. In addition to his studies, Davide plans to work in the New York hospitality industry as a server. Davide is already an experienced server, working in various professional restaurants across Italy and abroad. He hopes his visit to the US will improve his English language and hospitality skills so that he can pass this knowledge on to his own students in Milan. CINF assisted in the submission of Davide’s application and the preparations for his arrival in January.
