CINF-Artsakh

Founded by CINF-USA in 2019-2020, the Stepanakert-based branch of the Foundation has been integral to the development of projects and programs in Artsakh.

CINF-Artsakh is headed and run by Artsakhtsi, who work within their own community to support and improve it. The Director of CINF-Artsakh actively discusses with the Artsakhtsi the problems they face, and then coordinates with local educational and governmental representatives to determine how CINF might help.

Director - Tatevik Zaqaryan

A graduate of Artsakh State University with a degree in Law, Tatev joined the CINF team in 2019 as CINF’s official lawyer in Artsakh. Later that same year, CINF-USA appointed her Regional Coordinator in Artsakh. Tatev then helped CINF receive official non-profit status in Artsakh and became the Director of CINF-Artsakh in 2020.

In 2021, the CINF and CINF-Artsakh Boards appointed her the General Director of the Antonia Arslan Armenian-Italian Hamalir.
