Teaching for CINF has been a great experience. I had never taught before, and I had no teaching experience, except the month that Stephanie and Avery practiced with me. Teaching gave me a lot. It helped me to understand people well, to care for them more, to think more and help them think as well. When I was a teaching assistant and Stephanie was teaching, it seemed to me that there is nothing difficult in teaching, but when she handed me the steering, I understood that it’s not easy at all. In a month Stephanie and Avery taught me how to teach, how to be a teacher. Due to them I had 4 groups full of students, with whom I had the pleasure to work, and that pleasure was mutual for my students. During each class I was excited to see how my students were engaged and satisfied. I could love each of them, for each of my students was individually unique. I am very thankful to CINF and its whole staff for trusting me and making me love this job. And I can say it wasn’t just a job for me, but an important virtue to be carried by me.
